Susie is an AI-driven marketing operations platform built for Workforce Incubator to automate the entire lifecycle of social media content production — from client onboarding to content generation, review, scheduling and publishing. The system combines a multilingual client portal, an admin control center, a conversational Telegram bot, and an n8n automation backbone to replace hours of manual coordination between marketing managers and clients with a single intelligent workflow. Clients answer a guided 16-step onboarding questionnaire in English, Armenian or Russian. Susie then uses their brand context to auto-generate ready-to-publish posts on a weekly or monthly cadence, delivers them to the client's Telegram group for approval, and organizes everything on Trello for the marketing team.

Challenge

Workforce Incubator's marketing team was manually managing dozens of client accounts, each requiring recurring content briefs, drafting, translation, approvals, and scheduling across multiple channels. The process was slow, inconsistent, and difficult to scale. Collecting brand information, target audience, tone of voice and reference materials from each client took days of back-and-forth over email and chat. Writers had to produce the same style of posts each month for every client, translating between English, Armenian and Russian. Clients reviewed drafts across email, WhatsApp and Telegram with no unified history or audit trail. There was no reliable way to trigger monthly or weekly content requests per client without a person remembering to do it, and trial periods, subscription expiries and blocked accounts had to be tracked in spreadsheets.

Solution

We built Susie as an end-to-end automation platform that unifies onboarding, AI content generation, client communication and admin control into one system. The architecture connects a React web app, a Supabase-powered backend, a Telegram bot, and n8n workflows that orchestrate AI generation and delivery. The client completes a 16-question multilingual form; answers and uploaded brand materials are stored in the cloud and forwarded to n8n. Using that onboarding context, an LLM generates a batch of on-brand social media posts — hook, body, CTA, hashtags and image — which are posted back into the platform through a secure edge function and pushed to the client's Telegram group and Trello board for review. A scheduling engine automatically pings each client, user or channel on their chosen day — weekly or monthly — to request new content briefs, with no manual reminders needed. The admin dashboard manages clients, users, channels, subscriptions, access, message templates and language preferences, while a parallel isolated test workflow lets the team safely iterate on prompts and generation logic without touching production content.
