Challenge

While developing the other product for the client called eLeaP Learning Management System (LMS), a need for a new product emerged. The client expected the platform to become an ultimate environment for employee thriving. The concept would be similar to LMS: each organization should have its own workspace and private domain, performance metrics, visualization of goals, both company-wide and team-specific, and other tools that will improve employee engagement.

Solution

Esterox collaborated closely with the client to develop a platform that addressed user challenges by researching competitors and market standards. The team ensured that the platform included features similar to those of competitors, while also leveraging the valuable data gathered in the process to facilitate individual, team, and organizational growth. eLeaP PMP provides a suite of tools for storing, analyzing, and making critical decisions that benefit organizations. Users can only access their accounts by using the unique subdomain that is supplied to each organization that registers in the system; there is no openly available way to access the platform. Each organization’s needs can be met by customizing the workspaces, which includes adding logos, selecting date formats, and configuring timers to log out users automatically. The Goals section enables the formation of goal relations, and users can group themselves around organizational goals. By connecting objectives to one another, any business is able to create its own goals hierarchy tree. Customers may periodically collect feedback from all areas of the firm using the Reviews section, and each business can fully customize and automate the period sequence. The platform also enables businesses to produce unique form templates that can be used not only in a variety of surveys but also in reviews. Manually assigning users to courses or other items might be difficult because the system’s user count is constantly changing. With the aid of Smart Assigning, businesses may create unique automation rules based on predetermined criteria, allowing people who satisfy the criteria to be assigned to items.

Key Features

  • Separate company workspaces-each organization registered in our system will have its separate workspaces to simulate real work setup. Users can only access their accounts via the unique organizational subdomain. There is no publicly available way of accessing the platform.

  • Workspace customization-company workspaces can be customized according to the needs of every company. Companies can add their logo, set date formats, and timers for automatically logging out the users.

  • OKR management through Goals-users can be gathered around organization goals, and our Goals section gives the ability to create parent/child goals relations by constructing a goals tree and linking to each other.

  • Gamification-this adds fun to the regular activity inside the system. The users are being awarded Gamification points for certain activities. Dynamic leaderboards show the ranking of users based on the points they collected. As users complete courses inside the system, they get awarded user badges according to the percentage of completed courses.

  • Peer feedback-through our Reviews section, clients can gather feedback across the organization periodically. The period sequence can be fully customized and automized by each company. The periods will switch to each other automatically.

  • Custom forms/templates for Surveys and Reviews-organizations can create their custom questionnaire templates, and use them in multiple Surveys. The same templates can be used as Review forms. All the common question types are included in the template.

  • LMS-PMP relations-if the client organization has either one of the platforms, users can be easily imported from one company to another. They can access either account with the same credentials.

  • Check-in meetings-the Check-in feature enables users to have meetings, record meeting outcomes, and store data on meetings all in one place. The system allows the creation of recurring check-ins by setting common chronological characteristics.

  • Google Calendar-Google Calendar integration allows check-in participants to transfer their check-ins to the Google Calendar. All the relevant information is transferred from PMP to Google Calendar and vice versa.

  • Slack Webhook integration-Slack Webhook integration allows recording logs on certain actions directly into Slack channels.

  • Smart Assigning-The number of users in the system changes quickly as new users come in and many are removed. In the case of big numbers of users, it becomes difficult to manually assign them to courses or other items. Smart Assigning helps companies set up their custom rules based on certain criteria so that users who conform to the criteria are automatically assigned to items.

  • Amplitude integration-For analyzing all the user activity data in the whole eleaP PMP, Amplitude has been integrated into the system. These tools collect all the activity from all companies into one place and enable eLeaP Admins to analyze the data and track user activity.

  • Dynamic notifications & emails-the system has inside-system and email notifications, which send relevant information and reminders for important events inside PMP.

  • Audit Trail action log-each company has its own section where all user activity is recorded. The flexible filtering system allows users to quickly find logs about the activity of users in specific sections.

  • Global Search-with one input in the global search bar, users can find any item in the system that matches the search. The search looks through all the categories of items and brings all the matching search results.

  • System roles-the platform has user roles, Administrator, Senior Manager, Manager, and Member, which are obligatory for assigning to each user. Each role has its specific permissions which decide what limitations the users are going to have.
