One potential challenge for the Parish Time was to ensure the accuracy and truthfulness of the information presented on the platform. Given the religious and spiritual nature of the objects, it is important to maintain the integrity of the teachings, traditions and beliefs of the Armenian Catholic Church. Here are some of the specific challenges: Verification of Content: Ensuring that the information presented at the platform is in accordance with the teachings and doctrines of the Armenian Catholic Church. This requires collaboration with knowledgeable clergy or experts in Armenian Catholic Theology to review and validate the material. Cultural Sensitivity: By recognizing and respecting the diversity of cultures and sensibilities of users when promoting the teachings of the Armenian Catholic Church. It is important for individuals from different cultures to interact in an inclusive and welcoming manner. User Engagement: To encourage active engagement and community engagement to build a supportive and inclusive community, which can be challenging but necessary to accomplish the mission of Parish Time. Technology Strategy: To ensure a robust technology infrastructure to support the functionality of the platform and accommodate potential increases in traffic as users grow. This includes ensuring data security, scalability, and uptime to provide a seamless user experience.

Solution

We established an internal review process involving clergy and experts familiar with Armenian Catholic Theology to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the information. We update content regularly based on changes in doctrine or interpretations within the Armenian Catholic Church. Cultural sensitivity training should be conducted for event facilitators and sponsors to ensure communication and content is respectful and inclusive of cultural diversity. We included a diversity of perspectives and voices in the Armenian Catholic Church community that reflects the richness and diversity of its members. We invested in a robust technology infrastructure that can handle increasing traffic and user interactions, implemented procedures to ensure data security and privacy such as encryption protocols and regular security audits.
