Manually producing a single audio piece took 8–10 hours across research, audio production, cover design, upload/metadata, user segmentation, and post-publish analysis. Scaling this workflow linearly would have required hiring an entire new team. Content research and script writing alone consumed 2 hours per piece, followed by 3 hours of audio generation and editing, 1 hour of cover design, 1 hour of uploading metadata to the app, 2 hours of user segmentation and push notifications, and a final hour of post-publish analytics.
