Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager to understand their hiring needs and build a clear recruitment strategy, including preparing accurate and compelling job descriptions that attract top talent.

  • Post job vacancies on various platforms, ensuring maximum reach and visibility.

  • Actively source and identify top IT professionals using online databases, social networks, and professional communities.

  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure their skills, experience, and goals align with the roles.

  • Coordinate interviews and serve as the main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs while regularly updating and managing recruitment tools and databases to ensure accurate tracking of candidate progress.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Human Resources Management, or a related field.

  • Participation in a tech recruitment course is highly preferred.

  • Experience: Up to 1 year of recruitment experience (not mandatory, entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply).

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Armenian is essential for effective communication.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and build positive relationships with candidates.

  • A keen interest in the IT industry and willingness to learn about technical roles, tools, and trends.

  • Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
