Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated IT Sales & English Communication Intern to join our team and learn how sales work on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
This is a great opportunity for beginners who want to understand IT sales in real life. You’ll practice communicating with clients, learn how online deals are made, and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
If you enjoy communicating in English and want to start your career in tech and sales, this is a good place to begin.
Job Responsibilities

Learn how to identify and communicate with potential international clients on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

Support the team in building and maintaining positive client relationships.

Gain an understanding of client needs and how suitable technology solutions are proposed.

Assist in preparing proposals and learn the basics of negotiation and sales communication.

Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to learn about outreach and lead generation strategies.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop your sales and communication skills.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

Experience with Upwork or other freelance platforms is a plus, but not required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Armenian (Russian is a plus).

Strong natural negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
