IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage all project phases to ensure effective and efficient workflow

  • Assist in providing resource-based project implementation estimates

  • Coordinate day-to-day operations with Team Leads on projects 

  • Lead the development team through cooperation and communication

  • Prepare documentation for the stakeholders, manage the documentation flow

  • Arrange and manage specific meetings with both internal and external stakeholders

  • Troubleshoot all the impediments and eliminate them for smooth processes

  • Identify resources needed and assign individual tasks

  • Minimize exposure and risk on project

  • Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP etc.) 

  • Solid organizational skills

  • International experience in project management will be considered as an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written)
