Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Automation Specialist to join our team and help streamline, automate, and optimize our internal and client-facing processes. In this role, you’ll work directly with automation tools, APIs, and business workflows to build scalable, reliable automations. We’re excited to find someone who is not only technically strong but also communicates clearly, pays attention to detail, and enjoys improving processes through smart automation.
Job Responsibilities

Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows in n8n.

Integrate APIs, webhooks, CRMs, databases, and SaaS tools.

Develop custom logic and function nodes using JavaScript.

Implement error handling, logging, and workflow optimization.

Analyze business processes and propose automation improvements.

Work with Make.com when needed for alternative automation setups.

Troubleshoot and resolve workflow-related issues.

Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve automation goals.
Required Qualifications

Strong understanding of n8n (workflow creation, integrations, error handling).

Basic to intermediate JavaScript skills for custom nodes and logic.

Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, databases, CRMs, SaaS tools.

Experience with Make.com.

Solid understanding of business processes and automation logic.

Clear and proactive communication.

Accuracy and strong attention to detail.

Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.

At least B1 level of English language.
